Spider Veins Albuquerque

Spider veins on your legs can affect your confidence and make you want to cover up. Spider vein treatment can restore your clear, even skin and fade problem veins. Many people have questions about how spider vein treatment will work and what recovery is like, so your Albuquerque Vein & Laser Center team works to ensure you understand what to expect.

What are Spider Veins?

Do you have small, visible veins on your legs that look discolored and twisted or branched? These spider veins are an aesthetic concern, although Dr. Cutchen may perform other examinations to determine if you have an underlying vascular issue. Spider veins form when normal veins become stretched and damaged. They will not return to normal, but they do respond to treatment.

Body Contouring

Achieving a sculpted figure is a challenge, no matter how hard you try. All bodies hold onto pockets of stubborn fat that resist our efforts to remove them. Body contouring with Accent Prime™ removes this unwanted fat and tightens loose skin to leave your most challenging areas slimmer and more shapely without surgery or downtime.

What is Body Contouring?

Body contouring procedures sculpt your figure by targeting specific areas of problem fat, such as the abdomen, flanks, and under the chin. Non-surgical or non-invasive body contouring works by damaging fat cells using energy without affecting the skin. These treatment methods can help you achieve your body-shaping goals without taking time out of your busy schedule.

Opus Plasma Abq

Skin resurfacing treatments can undo many years of aging, sun damage, and environmental factors, leaving you with smoother, brighter skin. Opus™ Plasma is a unique skin resurfacing treatment that uses plasma energy to create precise areas of micro-damage that trigger skin renewal. It minimizes downtime while maximizing results to suit your busy lifestyle.

What is Opus™ Plasma Skin Resurfacing?

Fractional skin resurfacing is one of the most effective ways to restore firm, youthful-looking skin. Opus™ Plasma uses plasma energy instead of laser energy to stimulate new collagen production and bring healthy new skin cells to the surface. It is referred to as a fractional treatment because it creates tiny areas of controlled damage while leaving the surrounding skin untouched.

Sclerotherapy Albuquerque & Santa Fe

Spider veins that appear on your legs are an aesthetic issue, but their effect on your confidence is nothing to ignore. If discolored spider veins have you covering up your legs, sclerotherapy may be the right solution for you. This treatment fades problem veins so you enjoy smooth, clear skin.

What is Sclerotherapy?

Sclerotherapy is an injectable treatment used to treat pesky spider veins. A sclerosing solution is injected directly into the small spider veins, and the solution causes damage to the vein’s inner walls. The treated vein collapses and fades away over time, erasing the appearance of your unwanted spider veins. Sclerotherapy is usually the preferred spider vein treatment.

Rosacea Albuquerque & Santa Fe

If you struggle with rosacea, you are most likely familiar with the redness, flushing, and other symptoms that can interfere with your daily life. This condition can be frustratingly difficult to treat, with creams and lotions offering temporary or no relief. Laser treatments for rosacea offer lasting results so you can return to enjoying your life without redness and irritation.

What is Rosacea?

Rosacea is a common skin condition that can affect men and women of any skin tone but most often affects women with lighter skin. It causes symptoms such as redness, flushing, sensitivity, and pimple-like bumps or breakouts. This condition may have a combination of underlying causes, but it often flares and fades in response to environmental, hormonal, and other triggers.

Body Contouring Albuquerque & Santa Fe

Even the fittest people have areas they wish looked more sculpted. Pockets of stubborn fat can make achieving your aesthetic goals a challenge. Body contouring with Accent Prime™ removes unwanted fat and tightens skin to shape and sculpt your figure, giving you the boost you need to see your desired results.

What is Body Contouring?

Body contouring is a term for any procedure that improves the shape and contours of your body. Non-surgical or non-invasive body contouring uses different types of energy to break up fat cells without harming the skin. Accent Prime™ is an advanced body sculpting tool that removes stubborn fat while firming and tightening the skin. It can even improve the appearance of cellulite.

Many of us think of varicose veins as an unsightly annoyance. However, these bulging veins can indicate a deeper problem with the circulation in your legs. Only an examination by a vein expert like Dr. Robert Cutchen can determine whether your varicose veins require treatment.

What are Varicose Veins?

Varicose veins are swollen, twisted-looking veins under the skin. They often look blue or purple due to the blood they contain. These veins are visible because they have been damaged. Blood flow through the veins in your legs must move against gravity, so your veins have one-way valves to prevent backflow. Many factors can cause these valves to fail, letting blood flow back into and stretch the veins.

Sclerotherapy-albuquerque & Santa Fe

Do you have red, blue, or purple veins on your legs that look like webs or branches? These spider veins are small, damaged veins under the skin. They will not return to normal without treatment. Fortunately, sclerotherapy has been used for decades for effective spider vein removal. This treatment can help you achieve smooth, clear skin you feel comfortable with.

What is Sclerotherapy?

Sclerotherapy is an injectable spider vein treatment. It is injected directly into your spider veins, closing them and stopping blood flow. It is considered the “gold standard” of spider vein treatments due to its safety and effectiveness, even after decades of use. Sclerotherapy is a quick, in-office treatment with little to no downtime and excellent results.
