The Accent Prime™ laser is used to tighten lax skin, eliminate fat and reduce fine lines and wrinkles in the face and neck areas. The radiofrequency energy emitted by Accent Prime™ heats up the deeper layers of the dermis, causing them to contract, providing a thermal tightening of the skin, for a tighter, more taught face/neck. In the long term, this treatment will also induce the production of collagen, keeping the face/neck skin firm and tight. The patented Shear Wave(™) and Hot Ultrasound energy in the Accent Prime™ laser uses acoustic pressure emitted by the ultrasound waves (Shear waves) to disrupt and eliminate stubborn and difficult fat cells, even from areas other devices can’t optimally target, such as the double chin.
